Purchasing Process

Prices and taxes

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to cancel the purchase without providing a reason. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify us by email atbaimara and return the products in their original condition.

Warranties

The products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021.

Handcrafted products may contain imperfections inherent to being handmade and/or produced using recycled antique looms; these are not considered product defects.
